Insight with Passion (IWP) is a global business consultancy founded in 2009 by leading business and consumer expert Kate Hardcastle MBE. With clients in the UK, USA, UAE and Australia, IWP helps to transform and rejuvenate businesses across a range of sectors and industries including tech, retail, entertainment, agriculture and logistics. The company gives back 20% of time as standard, to support good causes, via its Access for All programme.
Access for All
The Access for All programme was founded by Kate Hardcastle MBE in 2009, upon founding her global business consultancy Insight with Passion. The programme sees Kate and the team give back 20% of their time to support small businesses, startups and community projects, through mentoring, events and 121 support. In the past decade, the scheme has helped over 1,000 small businesses, working with partners such as Welcome to Yorkshire, Business Wales and Marketing Lancashire.
